1. CPU-Z has my core speed jumping like a hot potato. 3592.72/4366.15/4391.10/ Normal behavior? It does it just idle even without me touching the desktop. Nothing I know of running in background. But I am sure it could be something as simple as a unknown steam update or something... But in any event is the behavior normal?

2. I changed my Processor Power Management/Minimum Processor State from 90% to 10% under control panel power options for AMD Ryzen. Is this suggested? I thought it would help with the jumpy core speeds.

3. Is Core Temp software not updated to show "accurate" temps of Ryzen 3000 cpus and should I only be using Ryzen Master for fair reads?

Solution
  1. Yes that is normal.
  2. I set my Minimum Processor state to 20% using AMD Ryzen Balanced power Plan. But 10% is fine as well.
  3. Use Ryzen Master Or HWInfo to check temps, etc.
But do NOT run 2 monitoring apps at the same time.

Sorry for bumping this, but why to not use two monitoring apps at the same time? Can I use let's say Ryzen Master and MSI afterburner at the same time?
