Question Installed a ryzen 7 2700x no display

I ordere a Ryzen 7 2700x and installed but my monitor doesn’t detect my computer and my keyboard. Please help

Ryzen 2700x doesn't have a built in GPU, your motherboard only has an HDMI port for the G series processors with gpu's built in. You need to buy a separate GPU for your PC to work. Your PC will most likely not boot and enable lights on your keyboard until you put a GPU in.

Yes, it's wise.
One extremely dumb question a one normal question:
Did you connect your monitor to Mobo or GPU?
How it your keyboard connected to the PC (BT, Wireless, USB, PS2)?

My hdmi cable is plugged into my gpu and my keyboard is usb.
When I take out the battery I put it in and nothing changes

So I just put in my previous cpu (ryzen 5 1600) and it booted up fine perfect actually wtf I’m so confused

Download and update the BIOS for your CPU. The first gen Ryzen worked on version M0 of the BIOS but newer chips, such as the Ryzen 2000 series or upcoming 3000 series, will need the updated BIOS to run.

Then install the Ryzen 7 2700X and it will work.
