Installed Corsair H100i but cannot find Corsair Link software

Hello,

I recently installed the corsair H100i into my build, but as soon as i plug the usb header in for Corsair Link i get the windows notification sound, yet nothing pops up? and when i trouble shoot to find the issue it says that "hardware changes might not have been detected"
