Installed GPU and headphones are no longer detected... wth?

I installed my Radeon HD 5570 driver and right after the reboot, system no longer detected my headphones (they are brandless bought from some chinese factory off ebay, and they worked before I installed the driver). I suspected that the problem was the audio driver that ATI catalyst automatically installed so I uninstalled that. reboot, headphones still not detected. So then I reinstalled Realtek HD audio again and rebooted, headphones still not detected. I tried this with my loudspeakers too with the same result so the problem is not the headphones
Whats more, under speccy it says i don't have a sound card, while in control panel add/remove programs it shows Realtek High Definition Audio Driver V5.10.6502.

please help if you've ever worked a day trying to install a goddamn thing you know how I feel =P

uninstall the audio driver restar the system again..... then reinstall the driver again..
