I have a Hp Phoenix 1033uk
i7-2660 @3.4ghz
16gb ddr3 ram
600w power supply
replacing nvidia 550ti 1GB with msi Gtx 960 4GB

My computer meets the spec for the graphics card for the power supply. I installed the graphics card it, fits right and installation was no problem. I boot up the computer the hp menu ups up and nothing. I press alt control + delete and go to the menu where i have to press "escape" to go to the bios. I can not press escape and i am stuck. Any tips? btw when i instead my old graphics card, pc works

Are all power leads connected to the video card? What is the brand and model of the power supply? Did you do a BIOS update on the motherboard? It may just be a video slot issue with the card also, if it's an OEM HP board it's likely not designed like the gaming boards to work with a wider range of components.
