Installed more RAM, lost drive space on my SSD

This is really weird. I have a Gigabyte server motherboard and I installed another 64GB of RAM, filling all 8 slots. However, my SSD now says I have used 400GB out of 1TB total. If I take the memory out, the drive says I used only 267 GB. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on with this?

Solution
When you add more RAM and restart the PC, Windows automatically increases the size of the paging file (virtual memory) since there will be more data to swap in and out of RAM. See if you can assign the paging file to a different hard drive, though if you do it will affect swap performance (since an SSD is considerably faster than a HDD).

Mr. Corcoran,

Thank you for clearing that up. I was getting worried that I might've inadvertantly caused a problem. Thankfully, I have PLENTY of space on this SSD and a few others to take up the slack. I appreciate it.
