I have just bought my brand new gigabyte gtx 970, installed it to my PC, booted my PC, it runs, screen is showing windows normally, resolution is set to 1024x768 and the standard 1920x1024 resolution isn't even found on the list (which it was using my old card) and it only reads 256 MB saying "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter". Help, please?

There is no old gpu drivers, this is a completely new rig. But, where do I find the drivers so I can download them, then? Excuse my ignorance, I guess.
