Question Installed new cooling fan & Blu-Ray Optical Drive - PC slow

Hello, I just installed a new cooling fan & Blu-Ray burner to my desktop PC and now everything is running super slow on the PC. Even naming folders is slow. Before installing this drive it was normal speed and worked just fine.

My Specs Are:

Windows 10 Home Edition
16GB RAM
CPU 1.5GHZ
CPU/MOBO Combo: ASRock J3455-ITX Intel Quad-Core Processor J3455 (bursts up to 2.3GHz) Mini ITX Motherboard / CPU Combo
Blu-Ray Burner: LG Electronics 14X SATA Blu-ray Internal Rewriter without Software, Black Model WH14NS40 - OEM

I did not install any software for the burner, perhaps this is my problem?

I would install the driver for the burner and see what happens.
