Installed new cpu cooler(reinstalled cpu), Now pc turns on no display or input from usb devices.

Hi, I installed a new cpu cooler when removung the old cooler the cpu came out with it (it was stuck to the cooler) after a while and using 91% Isopropyl I got it loose. After cleanijg the old paste off I installed the cpu back into the socket (maybe i made a mistake here never done it before) and installed the new cooler (corsair H60 liquid cooler). My pc now turns on and appears to be running but its usb ports arent picking up any input and the same issue with display, i have a black screen as of pc is still off. Please and thank you for the help

if cpu came out with cooler you might have broken pins on it so check it and board cpu socket .

I checked the pins a few were slightly bent i used tweezer and credit card to get them ligned up again and the cpu appears to fit properly into the socket, and no pins are broken off.

bent one could be broke inside the cpu shell and not making contact see if you could borrow a similar cpu for test on the board also a good process to avoid this run the system until it get heat up so you could easely rmove cooler .

@scout_03 maybe able to test diffrent cpu this weekend, and I'm curious could this be my PSU not being able to supply enough power? Or would the PC turn off in that case?

I am dumb never installed the cpu correctly it was not fully in the socket... Thanks for the tips everyone
