Question Installed new cpu fan and now no display and boot device led is on

I noticed my cpu was running hot so I bought the CM 212 evo. My computer is around 4 years old and has never had a problem.

I installed the new fan today and when I booted my pc I had no display not even on bios. I could hear the windows start sound however. So I got to troubleshooting, rest the bios, take ram out and move then around, reseating the heat sink, nothing worked same problem.

Then my pc eventually wouldn’t get to windows anymore. It started displaying the boot device led. Also started to have to cycle automatically once every time I started it again. So now I tried removing sata cables, gpu, usb devices. I’ve been at it for around 5 hours and can’t get it. I’m pretty lost now so any help would be appreciated.

Yeah after a while I decided to see if there was any thermal paste in the way so I reseated it.

Also forgot to mention I tried on board graphics and different monitors still no display.

Still got the same problems thinking ima have to replace mobo and cpu at this point. Thoughts?
