Installed new CPU Fan, now monitor/keyboard wont work, no beep

So, I installed a new CPU fan to my PC, it boots and has power going to the fans and leds, but my Razer keyboard/mouse wont light up, and the monitor it is currently plugged into have no signal. Any ideas?

re-seat the GPU probably got knocked

Reseating the GPU did not work, all fans still spin, and the peripherals light up for a brief second on startup..
