So here are my specs before I get started,
processor: old: intel i5-6400, new: intel i7-7700
graphics card: asus gtx 1060 6gb
motherboard: gigabyte h110m-a-cf (u3e1)
ram: 2 8gb ddr4 sticks
psu: evga 600b
So I just bought a new cpu, when I upgraded my cpu I turned my computer on and it would only stay on for 5-10 seconds then shut off and turn back on to repeat the process. I have confirmed it is not my psu not being able to provide enough power as I tried to run it without the gpu to no avail. I have also reset my bios through the cmos jumper on my board as well as removing the battery on my motherboard. When I put my old cpu back in it runs just fine, so if anybody could help me that would be appreciated.
