Question Installed new CPU, PC wont even start on..

I just installed my new ryzen 7 3700x

Set BIOS to default.
Unplugged the PC and held the powerbutton for 15 Cleard the CLRTS

Then i put the CPU in and plugged in the power, but there is 0 response. HELP

Check the two power cables of the motherboard. Sometimes when handling they are inadvertently released.

Is there any light in the mobo? Do the fans rotate? Any beep?

I putted back the old one and it started fine. Then i putted the new one in and it started. All lights on now. But the screan wont come on.
