Installed new cpu, reset cmos, still won’t boot.

I bought a ryzen 5 2600 to upgrade from my ryzen 5 1400 on my b350m bazooka motherboard, i have resetted cmos but it still wont send signal to monitor.

Did you update the BIOS on your motherboard prior to dropping in the 2nd Generation Ryzen processor? I'm assuming that you own a discrete GPU for you build.

I have not updated bios, I got a prebuilt system but I upgraded to gtx 1070ti and ryzen 5 2600, the gpu worked without any problems but cpu is causing some. I will update bios and try again
