Question installed new gpu 3 days ago and my screen is flickering

3 days ago i installed a new gpu. after i started playing some games my monitor started to flicker and the screen was bugging and was cut to two. i remmeberd that i havent deleted my old drivers so i thougt that was the problem so i used ddu to clean my drivers and installed new ones the next day the screen was not flickering anymore so i thought the problem has been resolved but then its started to flicker again need help.
specs:
asus h170 pro gaming mobo
i5 6500
2x8 corsair vengence
gtx 1660 super
psu: antec v500 v2

I had the same problem and just bought a new cable(display port)
