Installed new GPU cant use any micrphones

I recently got a GPU(GeForce GTX 1050 Ti) and installed it into my computer.
After I did that I tried recording with my microphone and nothing is working.
I tried everything, using different microphones, usb slots, installing and updating drivers
and nothing is working.

If you can't just select the correct default audio device/microphone and get it to work, I would uninstall the driver, get your microphone working. Then reinstall the driver, but do custom installation and uncheck the hdmi audio drivers.

It's during the regular installation process. Instead of selecting "Express Installation" select the other option.

Idk if this will work, but it's what I would try. It always messes with my speakers/headphones when I install the audio drivers that come with the display drivers.
