Installed new gpu. Jagged lines.

Not sure what to call the issue but I believe it's called texture popping? Basically every diagonal/curved line appears jagged even ok desktop.

I've tried the following.
1. Reinstalling drivers
2. Wiping pc clean and with brand new OS (windows 8.1 to windows 10)
3. Updating/reinstalling CPU drivers
4. Updating ssd drivers
5. Reinstalling old card.

I've been reading forum posts for a week can't figure this out help would be much appreciated.

Make sure the resolution is correct for your monitor.

Which GPU and drivers are you using?
