[SOLVED] Installed new graphics card but no display evreything else works fine

I just installed a new GTX Geforce 1030 by Inno 3D but when I put a HDMI cable to the card and connect my monitor it doesnt give any output.First I though it was PSU issue so I bought a Corsair 450Watts but nothing changed.When I connect the same to the Mobo everthing works fine and PC boots up.But cant get any output with Graphics Card.

Highly dissapointed rn.


I tried all the solutions available on Internet but none of them worked.

Vostro 230
I have x16 Slot and have put it in the same.
Corsair 450Watts
Intel Core 2 Duo e7500
2TB HDD.


Help would be really appreciated as I bought the card after saving up money for very long.So just want to see it run.

The board might be too old to support the new card. Check on youtube for similar setups and see if you can find proof that they work together.
