Question Installed new graphics card but now pc will not display no matter what ive tried.

I recently got a graphics card to add to my system ( rx 570 ) for gaming and i looked up a video on how to install it and i followed instructions and got it in. All was good until i plugged everything back in and my pc would not display. Ive tried to change the hdmi cable, ive connected it to the graphics card and back to the motherboard but nothing seems to work. The pc also doesnt wanna turn off. Its is on but nothing happens and i hold the button down to turn it off but that also doesn't work. Could it be my momitor or psu or something else?
