Installed new graphics card, how do I monitor temperature etc?

Just installed a ZOTAC GTX 1060 6GB, although I noticed it makes a louder noise than my previous card, but that was to be expected. However, I know there is a way to turn the fan speed down, but wondered what software I should use for this - I have seen the Firestorm for Zotac?

Also, are there any settings you would recommend regarding fan speed and temperature etc. I'm a tad worried about it overheating, only from threads and forums I have read of people having a problem with it. Any tips? However Im aware lowering the fan speed with cause overheating!

Any idea on programmes I can monitor fan speed and temperature, and maybe alter fan speed, too?
