Installed new Graphics card what driver do i install??

So i purchased a brand new sapphire tri-x radeon r9 290 graphics card and it came with a driver installation CD but my disc drive does not work so what do i do? Im very new to all of this so please talk to me as if i was simple....sorry.

From here http://support.amd.com/en-us/download download the "automatically detect and install driver" program.

So when i go there it still picks my other graphics card as my default how do i change that?

Are you connected to the motherboard's graphics port or the graphics card's port?
