Question installed new Hard drive, now only booting to bios help!

Okay so, I am not computer savy, so don’t laugh! I built a PC about 6 months ago, just last week my hard drive ( which was used ) took a crap on me, won’t even boot up. Today I purchased a hard drive from Best Buy, a WD 1TB ( and it’s the right size ) but now when I go to boot up it takes me straight to the ASUS bios and won’t get out of it. I do not have a CD to help, and I had windows 10 on the previous hard drive, I’m not sure what to do so if anyone can help that would be great!

Try using Microsoft Media Creator for saving a Windows kit on an USB drive. Then try booting from the drive and installing Windows on the new HDD.
