So I got 3 new things of hardware and I'm about to pull my hair out because I feel as though I have tried everything and nothing works but here's the story. I got a new processor a Intel i5 7600k a new motherboard a gigabyte z270xp-sli and ram corsair 16 gb ddr4. Here's my build

16gb 2x8gb ddr4 ram
Gigabyte z270xp-sli
Gtx 970
Gtx 970
1 tb hdd hitachi drive
2 tb sshd seagate drive
That's about it if I forgot something let me know.
But I have never gotten this before in my previous build. So I built the computer with all the parts above and it didn't work so I was like wow cool then thought let's start taking parts out one by one and see if that works and I've tried every part that isn't essential (cpu, boot drive, and 1 stick of ram which I tested both and in different slots) and that didn't work. I tried resetting the bios that didn't work. I tried turning off Intel turbo boost or whatever that didn't work and I think that's about it I feel like I tried other stuff but I'm so frustrated I may have left out a few of anyone has some input that would be lovely.
