Installed new HD - Now What?

I am having a problem booting.

I press F2 to enter the BIOS, and it does not work.

I insert my Windows 10 USB Stick, but it gets fails.

Can you help me with the boot or whatever is needed to get me back [to normal]?

Press Delete key instead to get into bios. It could be the F lock button or a bios F lock option within the bios settings
