Question Installed new hdd on my hp desktop. Can`t install windows 10, Error code: 0x8007025D

My desktop wont complete start up. Microsoft teck support had me install a new HDD, and make a USB file for windows 10 from my laptop. Can`t install windows now, Error Code: 0x8007025D, installation stops.
Please advise

your iso image is corrupted rload it from microsoft .
