Question Installed new HDD, VGA light comes on and won’t boot.

So I just recently installed a new 4 tb HDD and everytime I boot, with it plugged in, the VGA light comes on. Then when I unplug the new HDD it boots just fine. What could be the cause of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

GPU: RTX 3050
RAM: 32gb ddr4
CPU: I7-9700k
