I installed the new I9 and now have random screen freezes and total lock up of the system when using the computer. This happens at random and I have no idea what the issue is. I have thought maybe power issues or CPU cooler issues? Below are the specs. i have a

Hadn't even seen a new one come out. I had to do a fresh image of Windows on this machine due to previous issues. Will this help the random freezing?
