Question Installed new I9-9900K from Intel Core i5-9600K now having issues

I installed the new I9 and now have random screen freezes and total lock up of the system when using the computer. This happens at random and I have no idea what the issue is. I have thought maybe power issues or CPU cooler issues? Below are the specs. i have a
