Installed new mobo, cpu and ram. PC powers on but displays nothing.

So I got mysel a new mobo, cpu and ram. I have installed these in my PC, but when I boot my PC, it turns on and the fans all run, but nothing is displayed on either of my monitors, through dedicated GPU or onboard graphics.

Specs: Asus Z170 Pro gaming
i5 6600
Corsair Vengeance 16gb DDR4 RAM
R9 270X

Every component except the Mobo, CPU and RAM were working fine before upgrading,so I doubt it is a problem with them.

Is a led red on the motherboard? Which one (CPU, DRAM, VGA)?

Yes, when turned on, motherboard LEDs light up. No idea what ones mean what with regards to the 2nd half of your question

Check the 4 LEDs near the 24 pin connector.Which one stays red?

Did that, the Ram LED came on. So I booted with half the ram, and it worked fine, but the VGA LED came on. Advice?

Also, when trying it solely with the other RAM stick, the CPU LED comes on, and the PC just power cycles

Tr removing the CPU and check the socket. If not bent pins, reinstall the CPU and CPU cooler, without over tightening it and test again.
