Question installed new mobo problems please help

Hi guys,

installed a new 450 mortar with r7 3700 into my prebuilt omen last night, got veerythign running installed new drivers etc, one annoying thing though the front panel usb aren't working....I have the right connection going to usb 3 on the mobo . in device manager I get Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) it cant trouble shoot the problem and it says I have the right drivers for this...

Did you install the chipset drivers from the mobo manufacturers website or simply rely on Windows? If its the latter try and download and install the drivers yourself

Did you install fresh windows with your new motherboard or are you trying too use windows from your previous pc?
Fresh install is highly recommended.

Also - did you install amd chipset drivers?

I manually downloaded every driver but using old windows from my old pc

ok I will reinstall windows:] I downloaded every driver though
