[SOLVED] Installed new motherboard won't load windows

I just installed a new Asrock 450B Pro 4 mobo and a Ryzen 3 2200g cpu. Everything seems to be ok except when when it boots I get the BSOD saying Recovery your pc needs to be repaired You'll need to use recovery tools on your installation media. Error code: 0xc000000f. I know my OS is fine what could be causing this error? please help.

did you install the os on this build or was it from another system?

it was a built system it wasn't a prebuilt. when i got it it had windows 8 and i upgraded to windows 10. Before I changed motherboards i did make sure to set my windows login to to my Microsoft account login not a local login

just curios should i change my boot options from uefi OS to hard drive boot option?

changed my boot options to achi and now it boots properly. Thanks for the help
