Installed new psu but windows not launching

Hi today I installed a new corsair ax1200i psu into my PC but when I turn it on the loading screen comes up on my monitor and when I launch windows boot manager nothing happens. I just get a black screen and one time I waited 15 mins but nothing please help me ! Thanks

Turn off your PC. Disconnect all components and put them back together again.

I have already done that and I have also change back to my old power supply and still have the same results I didn't mention this earlier but there is also a coloured bar across the left hand side of the screen that is about 2 inches long

Remove each piece of hardware and test it independently. If it's the same issue with two different PSUs, I'm thinking it might be another part of the computer causing the issue. I've seen this issue happen due to a bad motherboard, bad ram, and bad DVD bay.
