Question Installed New ram and did CMOS battery reset and now GPU isn't being detected but IGPU works.

When I initially installed the new ram it remained in black screen so I reset CMOS battery by taking it out and now with the GPU it remains in blackscreen but switched to IGPU and it works but now the GPU isn't being detected in windows. I am thinking I may need to flash update the BIOS now or something?
