I've just purchased and installed new RAM (HyperX Predator RGB 2 x 16gb sticks @ 3200). However after installing these two sticks in the DIMMA2 and B2 slots the Noctua CPU fans can't be detected and additionally the RAM is only staying at 2400 speed even if I try to change the XMP settings.

Kinda ran into a wall, hoping someone understands this issue, I have no clue whats going on.

PC settings:

(can't recall the i5, but high end and compatible)
mobo: MSI z270 M3
GPU: GTX 1080
RAM: HyperX Predator RGB 32 GB (16 x 2) @ 3200
Fan: Noctua DH-14

HX432C16PB3A/16
Memory Module ... - Kingston

Staying at 2400 speed is caused by leaving memory BIOS settings on [Auto].

XMP TIMING PARAMETERS
•JEDEC: DDR4-2400 CL17-17-17 @1.2V
•XMP Profile #1: DDR4-3200 CL16-18-18 @1.35V
•XMP Profile #2: DDR4-3000 CL15-17-17 @1.35V

Noctua CPU fans can't be detected

Noctua DH-14 is not a fan, it is a Premium CPU Cooler. Older models came with 12v fans while newer cooler models came with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) fans. You might want to check what you have, the connections, and fan settings in the BIOS.
