Question Installed new ram and no display with either the new or old sticks now.

I just bought ddr4 2x16 Corsair Vengeance ram sticks to replace my same brand 2x8 sticks. When I put in the new sticks I'm not getting video output and when I put back in the old ones I'm now not getting display as well. I've re seated the sticks multiple times and put only one in the PC to see if that helped but nothing.(It's been running fine until I took out the old sticks and tried the new ones).
PC turns on, graphics card fans don't spin and the pc stays on. Just can't figure out what's wrong.

Corsair CX550m psu
Rx5700xt gpu
Ryzen 5 2600 cpu
