Question Installed new RAM. Computer chassis fans stopped working.

I had 8gb RAM (4gbx2), upgraded to 32gb(8gbx4). The CPU fan works but the other chassis fans stopped working. The rest everything is working fine. The installed RAM https://www.newegg.ca/crucial-8gb-240-pin-ddr3-sdram/p/N82E16820156045?Item=9SIAMTNB695005

The specs from Belarc Advisor about the Memory module is showing 1 stick with a different serial number
32710 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory
Slot 'DIMM_A1' has 8192 MB (serial number 2A080000)
Slot 'DIMM_A2' has 8192 MB (serial number B1080000)
Slot 'DIMM_B1' has 8192 MB (serial number 2A080000)
Slot 'DIMM_B2' has 8192 MB (serial number 2A080000

return them. buy a 4x8GB kit.
