Installed new ram, now computer only power cycles and will not turn on fully

Please help. I installed a new 8GB hyper x fury ddr4 2133Mhz ram card in my desktop and now it powercycles instead of turning on, even in the original configuration. I do not hear a beep code. I heard you can fix this by removing and replacing the CMOS battery but I can't find it on the motherboard and need some guidance here. I have linked to an imgur album showing the new ram and the build list from when I bought the PC. Please if you know anything that might work don't hesitate to post.
