Question Installed new RAM now USB ports aren't working and no display at all

Hi everyone I just now tried to install 32GB of new RAM, upgrading from 16 GB and now I'm getting no display at all (not even No Signal) and none of my USB ports are functional.

I've tried resetting CMOS, putting the old RAM back in the same slots, different slots, single stick, reseating the GPU, trying to get video directly from mobo and the problem persists.

Frankly I'm at my wits end. This PC is my lifeline at the moment and I'm panicking. Repair shops near me are closed as well. Any help would be extremely appreciated, thank you.

Solution
Final update for now: I have 32GB of dual channel memory being read finally with the computer powered on and all USB ports functioning. Downside is the PowerSF cable is removed and I had to jump the pins to get it to boot successfully.

I'll look into getting a new PowerSF cable which seems like it was the issue, but I'm honestly afraid to work on the computer anymore.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

If you're mixing and matching ram kits, then revert to your older ram kit. You might want to walk us through on how you cleared the CMOS.

Sorry it's a stock cooler Ryzen 7 3700x and RTX 3060 GPU on an Asus mobo. 500GB SSD 1TB HDD, I forget the rest.

I took the CMOS battery out for 5 minutes then replaced it. I've also tried putting the old RAM back in and the problem is still there. No display at all and none of my USB ports are functional.

Update: My power button stopped working as well so I unplugged the PowerSF and jumped the pins and its booted with only one stick of the 32GB RAM being read in bios. Really bizarre stuff. Unsure if I should try to get dual channel 32GB running as its currently 16GB single channel. Any thoughts?
