[SOLVED] Installed new SSD and now the GPU not detected at all?

The gpu cannot be found in display adapters, nor other devices. When I try to install a driver, it says This NVIDIA driver is not compatible with this version of windows but it IS the correct 64bit windows version. I tried taking out and putting it back but it still remains the same. If anything, I realise my ssd is not in the bios but it still loads from ssd.

Edit: Turns out the fix was to install newer version of windows
