So i Installed a new ssd on my pc. I already had one with windows one it, and a HDD just for storage. But i wanted more SSD storage, so i put a new one in. I didn't mess with windows or anything, it's still on the other ssd, but my computer can't restart anymore for some reason (It just says "Restarting" forever)

Solution
The pc was turned off and unplugged, I just meant that when i clicked restart, it got stuck in the restart screen. Anyway, i just updated Windows and it fixed it. Sorry i bothered you with my stupidity :)
Both SSD's are working fine, i just added one more ssd for more storage, but one problem i have now, i don't know if it's related in any way, is that i can't restart the pc, only turn it off and one

What do you mean it says "restarting"?

That is what it says when you are exiting windows.
Did you install the SSD with windows still turned on? You should NEVER plug anything into power or your motherbaord internet connectors (external ports on back/front of case or obviously ok) when the PC has power.

I have a similar problem... built a new pc had an ssd inside. Installed Win 10 and it worked flawlessly for 2 days. Then my hdd arrived connected it to my motherboard and the power supply started the computer and then it said that the ssd wasn't bootable... what to do?

maybe the MBR got corrupted or something. try window startup repair first.
