So this is a new one. I got a USB hub for my primary rig so I could hook up the case USB ports and the Corsair iLink on my PSU. I got everything hooked up and installed fine and when I booted up my system I found that 3 of the four USB ports on my case were dead and I could not use the iLink software on the PSU.
The question is did I get a bad hub or is something not hooked up correctly? Or are the USB ports on my case dead? Does this mean that it's time to get a new case?
This is the hub that I got: https://www.nzxt.com/products/internal-usb-hub-3
And this is my rig: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/J2w6Mp
My case is the NZXT S340 and it is over 3 years old so maybe it is time.
