So should i add rams on 2-4 slots with dual channel or put the old ones there?
If you have enough ram sticks to fill all 4 slots and are of equal speeds. That would be the best, however if you just have random sticks and miss matching things that can cause more problems then solve. However 2,4 should be the two main slots for dual channel ram

Do you have the latest Bios update?
What Operating system are you using? 32bit v.s. 64bit?
Do you have integrated video?
Do the Ram sticks have the same frequency and timings?
