Question Installed SSD in my PC, computer keeps repeatedly turning on and shutting down

I Recently purchased a samsung 970 nvme ssd and installed it in my PC. unplugged everything and made sure not electricity was getting into my PC. Placed the SSD and screwed it in. upon rebooting the PC it kept turning on and shutting down repeatedly. I then removed the SSD wondring if its a power supply issue, and it still did the same thing even when i removed the SSD. Dont know what to do next, any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Have you connected all cables right (especially the reset button from I/O to Mobo)?
