Installed SSD new windows are slow to open?

When ever I re-size a program or move it to my other monitor it's very slow to react and take 2 seconds for it to fully recover/move and not lag. Anyone know what would cause this? I can record what I am talking about if my description makes no sense.

Did you do a fresh install of Windows on the SSD or clone from another drive?
Which version of Windows?
Did you install all the drivers for your computer from the manufacturers site?

What is the brand and model number of your graphics card?

Are the graphic drivers and updates installed?
