I installed a new SSD, here are my steps. I went and downloaded Windows 10 onto a USB drive (I logged into my ms account so it can auto activate my windows when its installed) I unplugged my HDD drive, booted my computer so I install Windows 10 from my USB to my SSD, go through the process of installing and get to my main desktop. HDD still unplugged, my internet speeds are .5Mbps to 2Mbps, all my drivers are up to date/I updated them, I have a linksys WUSB 6300. So now if I plug my HDD in and boot to that and run an internet speed test i get 90Mbps. Im not a tech guru I know very little, and need help PLEASE!!! and talk to me like im 5 years old please.

Solution
I have an ASUS adapter and the New Windows 10 Creator Update did that same thing to my adapter , I had to rollback to get my speed back. Not sure if it's relevant , to your situation.
