Installed Windows 7 on new build now won't boot

So as you can see I installed windows 7 on my new build and everything worked fine for a day. The next day I turned my PC on it starts up but after the spinning symbol it goes to a black screen I cannot use Windows repair to fix or safe mode please help??? Everything is basically brand new
