Installed windows on SSD using UEFI -- able to use SSD on another pc?

I accidentally / non-accidentally installed my copy of win 8.1 using the UEFI option from my windows usb stick in the bios boot menu and now I noticed that there is a separate, 100 MB EFI System partition in my SSD. In boot menu in BIOS I see 3 partitions:

(Priority 1) Windows Boot Manager: Samsung 850 EVO SSD...
(Priority 2) Samsung 850 EVO SSD...
(Priority 3) Western Digital HDD...

I realize I screwed up, but my question is, will this affect me negatively in anyway in the long-run? Will I be able to use this SSD on another computer by just plugging it in if I wanted to? Would It recognize the EFI partition and boot normally?

I do not really have a problem keeping it the way it is (unless it's wrong), but I want to make sure I'm doing things right before I start installing all my programs onto my SSD.

Thanks!!!

You'll have to re-install Windows on the SSD - after you remove all the partitions.

Make sure your HDD is not plugged in during the re-installation.
