Using Wndows Home 10 Edition 64-bit.
I tried installing software (isopuzzle) to extract files from a corrupt DVD/CD disc today and it failed and told me wnaspi32.dll is missing.
So I did a bunch of things:
1. I ran System File Checker and it didn't find any missing or corrupt files.
2. I tried updating the drivers in Sound, video and game controller and it said I have the current version.
3. I scanned for viruses on my PC and found no threats.
I tried to install the software again and it said wnaspi32.dll is still missing. So I downloaded wnaspi32.dll and put it in Windows System32 folder.
The new software still can't find wnaspi32.dll.
What am I doing wrong? Or should I say is this new software corrupt, damaged or reliable? Should I try to find some other software?
