Installing a 2nd HDD on HP's m9500z

Hello this is my first time posting here, and could really use some help. I recently decided to add a 2nd HDD to my m9500z case, but i cant for the life of me figure out how to fit it in.

You seem to have a free bay -- but I guess the pictures are a bit confusing. How often do you use the floppy disk drive (if any). You can usually safely remove that.

Or is the issue fixing screws, connectors ?

Maybe you should explain a little more.
