I bought a desktop computer a while ago, and am looking to make it a gaming PC, firstly by adding a graphics card, which it has a PCI-E slot.
It is a Lenovo H50-05.
Problem is, my current computer only has an AC adapter (the ones used in laptops) and i believe has 65W of power, but i might be wrong.
Current AC adapter
i want to put in a gtx 950, or something of that caliber to my computer (a recommendation would be nice as well).
What would be my best bet of doing this?
•Is there a good AC adapter that could support one of these cards?
•Is it possible to add a PSU to my computer to add a good graphics card, without replacing the motherboard?
•Could i use a graphics card of the gtx 950 caliber without a power source?

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, i really appreciate it.
Cheers!

Unfortunately, that is utterly out of the question with that laptop power brick. You would have to do away with that power brick, knock out the PSU blank on the back of the PC case, and install a 'real' power supply. That would entail re-wiring it into the motherboard and all the components. And it doesn't appear that would be practical; the board looks to be proprietary design intended for that power supply wiring alone.

Best to scratch that idea.
